About Us

About Regency Property Management:

Regency Property Management began operations in 2004 as a small LLC with two owners; Amy Fisher acting as the managing partner. Amy’s 10 years in real-estate management and her unique ability to connect with owners created a property management culture based upon an owner’s perspective. By January 2010, the company had grown to 300 properties representing over 150 owners. Shortly thereafter, Amy bought out her partner and filed Articles of Incorporation.

Regency Property Management, Inc (Regency) currently specializes in full-service property management for Apartment Communities, Condos, Plexes and Single Family homes.
